Kristen graduated from Ankrum Institute in 2023 where she learned how to work with the body using Osteopathic principles, muscle energy, myofascial release and craniosacral therapy.    Integrative bodywork can help with low back pain, headaches and migraines, TMJ, concussions, and so much more.  Kristen enjoys working with infants and children. She attended a Lori Hendrickson infant cranial sacral therapy workshop to gain more insight on how to support families in their children’s healing journey.
